Not every sleep log is built for rhythms that drift past a 24-hour day. Circadia is Dayah's answer: it takes the pattern you actually have, finds your real drift, and forecasts the next window instead of pretending you will fall asleep at eleven.

What is Owl + Kestrel?
A two-person software workshop and estate shell. Jon builds software and infrastructure; Dayah builds Circadia and tools for bodies and rhythms that do not fit the default template. O+K is also the first customer for family products like Nest, Chirp, Plumage, Pigment, and Quill; Quill's standalone source MVP combines social notes, longform publishing, and optional verified history.

Can I hire Owl + Kestrel?
O+K products are intended to start and upgrade self-service. Organizations with migration, integration, governance, managed infrastructure, or other exceptional requirements can use the Enterprise contact-sales path with Jon.

Are the apps free?
Pricing and access are product-specific. The portfolio is moving toward a meaningful free starting point with self-service paid upgrades; Circadia is in open alpha, Talons is free during its alpha, and several substrates are still being prepared for that public product path.
